Digital and social media marketing executive
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital and Social media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services online. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and blogs.
Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and sales) to maintain brand consistency.
Preferred qualification
Minimum 3 years of hands – on experience in Digital marketing roles

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through databases, networking, social media, and cold calling.
Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects, schedule meetings, and effectively present the company’s offerings.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term success.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to uncover new business opportunities.
Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client requirements.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Update and maintain CRM systems; provide timely and accurate reports to management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
